Clown World

Before I start my rant, I feel I should comment on the passing of Queen Elizabeth. Her passing was last week but the main TV channels, bbc and itv have been totally dominated by all aspects surrounding the royals and preparation for the state funeral on Monday the 19th September. I feel I have to criticize the amount of public money being spent on it. The ongoing cost of living crisis happening not only here but worldwide, I feel the money could have been better spent.
Anyway, this world over the past three years has gone completely insane, what with the ongoing war in Ukraine, the energy crisis, the establishment war on meat, the fact that the millennial generation don't know if they are male or female, the fact that the US president is mentally ill, not to mention the tension between China and Taiwan. Oh yes, I forgot, covid is still with us although the powers that be are now back pedaling and saying they might just have got it wrong with lockdowns, masks, (anti) social distancing etc. The one thing they are still pushing, cpardon the pun, is the so called vaccines, some of which were patented in 2017. All over the world, athletes are collapsing and are being diagnosed with, amongst other conditions, myocarditis. Hospitals in this country are stating that the majority of people admitted are in fact fully vaccinated. The so called horse dewormer ivermectin that Joe Rogan took, has now appeared on the US CDC list of approved drugs to treat covid. At the beginning of this year, governments all over the world would have lynched anyone admitting to taking it. We're coming in to Autumn so I expect covid will rear its ugly head again.
Ukraine is still in chaos with their comedian leader saying they will win while begging nato countries, especially the USA and UK, for even more money and weapons. The bbc here are always up beat about how ukraine is fighting galently while drawing a veil over their massive casualty list. The whole thing is sickening.
I will finish there and come back and deal with the rest later.
Till next time.
